Flaxxa changelog: what's new in Flaxxa

The changes customers can see in Flaxxa's apps and platform, newest first. This page lists 66 releases from September 2026 to November 2026; the latest is from .

What changed in Flaxxa in November 2026?

15 releases, newest first.

  1. Fixed

Shared links to Flaxxa show a preview image

    • Every marketing page has its own share image with the app's logo, the page title and a line about the page. WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X and Slack show it when the page is shared.
    • The default share image was missing, so some shared links showed no image at all. It's back.
  2. Added

New Flaxxa WAPI feature pages, comparisons and guides

    • Feature pages for abandoned cart recovery, WhatsApp catalog and ordering, click-to-WhatsApp ads, WhatsApp Flows, WhatsApp for Shopify and WhatsApp for WooCommerce.
    • Industry pages for real estate and healthcare, and comparisons with AiSensy and Gallabox, each checked against the competitor's own site.
    • Guides on what the WhatsApp Business API is, how its pricing works, sending bulk messages without getting banned, and how a WhatsApp chatbot works.
  3. Added

Search engines and AI assistants can read the website

    • Public pages are now real HTML, so search engines and AI assistants that don't run JavaScript see each page's text, and visitors see the page straight away instead of a loading logo.
    • A full sitemap at /sitemap.xml, and a plain-text guide to every app's pages at /llms.txt.
  4. Fixed

Notification emails look like they came from Flaxxa

    • Notification emails, including plan and price-change notices, now arrive in the normal Flaxxa layout: logo, your name, the message, one button, and a footer link to your notification settings.
    • Buttons in these emails now open the right page.
  5. Added

Assign a task without leaving the board

    • The ⋮ menu on a Flaxxa Tasks board card now has "Assign to". Pick a name to give someone the task, and pick it again to take them off.
    • If a task can't be assigned, the board says why, for example that the person can't open the project yet.
  6. Changed

New projects are shared with your workspace

    • A project you create in Flaxxa Tasks is visible to your workspace, unless you pick Private when you create it.
    • Projects made before this change keep the privacy they had. To open one up, go to Projects, the ⋯ menu, then Share.
  7. Fixed

Your team's activity is back on the Team page

    • Team → Activity could say the activity log wasn't on your plan when it was. It now shows the log to everyone allowed to see it.
    • Actions recorded in the background, such as a ticket closed by a rule or work moved by an automation, now appear in the feed.
    • Page-view pings no longer fill the activity trail.
  8. Fixed

Flaxxa AI checks your credits before it starts

    • Chat, images, video, voice, music, transcription, the writing tools and web search check your AI credits first. With too few, you see "Not enough AI credits" instead of the work failing afterwards.
    • The /image command in chat now costs the same as making an image in the image tool.
    • Monthly AI credits now count every plan and add-on your workspace holds, not only the first plan.
  9. Changed

Workspace in the sidebar holds what every app shares

    • Workspace now lists Contacts, Files and Search, the three things every app shares.
    • Webhooks and Automations moved to Account. Campaigns, Knowledge and Inbox left the sidebar, but their pages and records are untouched and old links still work.
  10. Added

A blog section for every app

    • Fifteen new blog sections, one per app, each with an article written for someone who has the problem right now.
    • Articles have a sidebar with recent posts and every section, so finishing one always leaves a way onward.
  11. Fixed

Renewing early no longer costs you days

    • If your plan doesn't renew automatically, paying early now starts the new period when the paid one ends. Pay 10 days early on a monthly plan and you get 40 days, not 30.
  12. Fixed

No paying twice for the plan you already have

    • If your plan renews automatically, buying the same plan again now tells you you're already on it, and when it renews, instead of charging you.
    • Adding users, or switching between monthly and yearly, works as before.
  13. Changed

Plans you pay for now add up

    • Every paid plan a workspace holds counts in full: Business plus a Lifetime plan gives both plans' limits, not just the bigger one.
    • The Free plan fills gaps instead of adding on top of what a paid plan already gives.
  14. Added

The Hub opens on the decisions an owner has to make

    • Owners and admins land on an Overview: what needs a decision, most urgent first, each with one button to the fix. Deadlines such as a WhatsApp reply window about to close come first.
    • A Team view shows who holds how much open work in each app, and an owner can open any teammate to see their oldest open items and what they finished recently.
    • Everyone else sees Your work: their own items app by app, starting with anything due in the next 24 hours.
  15. Changed

Members see only their own work in the Hub

    • A member's Hub carries only their own work, never workspace-wide counts.
    • A task in a project you can't open shows as "A task in a private project", with no title or link.

What changed in Flaxxa in October 2026?

36 releases, newest first.

  1. Added

Webinars can answer questions by themselves

    • Build a knowledge base for your webinars from typed answers, question-and-answer pairs, a web page, or a PDF, Word, text or Markdown file.
    • Turn on auto-reply and an AI assistant answers attendee questions from the knowledge bases you attach, live or in evergreen replays. If the answer isn't there, it stays quiet and leaves the question for a person.
    • The webinar's owner gets an email for each question the assistant couldn't answer, with a button that opens it ready to reply.
  2. Added

The Hub is arranged around you

    • The app row puts your starred apps first, then apps with work waiting, then the ones you open most. You can hide an app from your own Hub.
    • If an app can't be reached, the Hub names it instead of leaving it out.
  3. Changed

Flaxxa Social: a new look and a real home page

    • Every Social page uses the same look as the other Flaxxa apps, with Social's own red as the accent.
    • Social opens on a home panel showing what needs a look, what's going out this week and what went out in the last 7 days.
    • Hover any status for what it means. "Not confirmed" means the network never answered, so sending again could post twice.
  4. Changed

    Flaxxa Mailcleaner speaks plainly

    • The home page opens on the checker: type an address and get the answer in a sentence, with "Did you mean …?" for a mistyped domain.
    • Every result says what to do in everyday words, and Inbox health explains SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blocklists line by line, with the records to add.
  5. Fixed

Flaxxa Mailcleaner: things that looked like they worked, now do

    • The sign-up form check works, with a new snippet that stops non-existent or throwaway addresses as people fill in your form. Snippets made before 30 October need replacing.
    • Sender reputation rates were shown 100 times too small, and Usage now shows your real monthly allowance.
    • Lists, results and the do-not-email list go past the first page, and their search boxes search everything.
  6. Removed

Monitor, Proof, Push and Forms are retired

    • Four apps that were never sold have been retired and taken off the website. Flaxxa Social is not affected.
  7. Changed

The sidebar shows the Flaxxa logo

    • The top of the sidebar shows the Flaxxa logo instead of repeating your workspace name beside the workspace switcher.
  8. Changed

    Flaxxa Writer's home page, redesigned

    • Start a piece from four tiles, one per studio, each showing what you made this month and what your plan has left.
    • Your desk shows what Writer is writing now, what is waiting on you and what was just finished, with scores.
  9. Changed

Flaxxa Sign opens with what is late

    • The home page leads with documents sent over a week ago and still unsigned, then what is out for signature, then drafts, with a reminder button on the one most worth chasing.
    • Every status explains itself on hover, dates read like "waiting 5 days", and templates page properly with a search.
  10. Fixed

    Flaxxa Sign fixes

    • The activity trail reads in plain words, such as "Filled in a field".
    • Cancelling and removing an envelope use proper dialogs that say what will happen.
    • The signature window can no longer be submitted twice.
  11. Fixed

Paying for a replay webinar gives you a session to watch

    • Buying an on-demand or just-in-time webinar now creates your session, the same as registering for free does.
  12. Changed

Flaxxa Webinar has its own look and a real home page

    • Webinar has its own violet colour and logo, and a sidebar where every item works.
    • The home page shows what is on air now, a countdown to your next webinar, how many registrants turned up, what you have earned per currency, and what is worth a look.
    • Plainer words: "Who signed up", "Sales" and "Service status".
  13. Added

Flaxxa Tasks: a home page, Upcoming and search

    • Home opens with how your day is going: what is due today, your streak, and overdue, due today and this week as tiles.
    • Upcoming shows the days ahead, with anything already late kept at the top.
    • Press / to search every project you can open.
  14. Added

    Flaxxa Tasks: share a project

    • Each project is Just me, Everyone in this workspace, or Specific people.
    • Keyboard shortcuts, counts in the sidebar, spreadsheet export of the tasks you are looking at, and checklist steps you can rename and reorder.
  15. Changed

Flaxxa Tasks looks and works like the rest of Flaxxa

    • One sidebar instead of two, real icons instead of emoji, and dates that read "Today" or "Overdue by 2 days" in your workspace's timezone.
    • Nothing deletes without asking, and a project's list has a full filter bar with saved views you can rename and delete.
  16. Added

A way back to the website while you are signed in

    • flaxxa.com/home always opens the public website, and "View website" is in your account menu.
  17. Changed

Flaxxa Stage: whoever runs the workspace sees every demo

    • Owners and admins see every demo recorded in the workspace on the Team tab. A demo stays its recorder's to edit, share and delete.
  18. Added

    Webinar rooms that feel live

    • Evergreen and just-in-time showings play as if live, with a lobby countdown that opens the room at the start time.
    • The host room has one-click Present for a video, screen sharing, polls, offers, handouts and streaming to RTMP.
    • Booking pages show working countdowns and offer Add to calendar for Google, Apple and Outlook.
  19. Changed

    Webinar meeting rooms rebuilt

    • Scheduling asks for a date, time, timezone and duration, and Copy invite copies a full invitation with the join link and meeting code.
    • End meeting really ends it and disconnects everyone. Recordings are under More → Recordings.
  20. Changed

Emails carry each app's own brand

    • Emails from each app carry its own name, logo and colour on a white header.
    • Each app's emails carry its own support link and reply-to address.
  21. Added

Developer docs on the real API, and a developer hub

    • flaxxa.com/developers explains API keys, scopes and signed webhooks, with a link to each app's API reference.
    • Desk, Pulse, WAPI, Mails, Calendar, Sign and CRM each have a public API reference and an in-app Developers page with copy-ready samples for your workspace.
    • New API calls: create a Desk ticket together with its contact, post to a Pulse channel by its slug, book a Calendar meeting, and webhook events for Mails messages sent and received.
  22. Added

Send documents for signature from your own platform

    • One Flaxxa Sign API call sends a PDF, or HTML pages, for signature. Signature and date boxes are placed automatically when you don't say where.
    • Look envelopes up by your own ID, and get each signer's link to redirect to or embed.
    • A webhook event fires when every signer has signed.
  23. Added

A Lifetime plan for every app

    • Each app can be bought with a one-time Lifetime plan, beside your Flaxxa plan rather than in its place. It gives that app at Pro's limits. See pricing for details.
  24. Fixed

Flaxxa Videos uses the storage and bandwidth on your billing page

    • Videos enforces and shows the same storage and bandwidth limits your billing page shows, for uploads, imports and replacements.
    • The storage meter counts only what Flaxxa hosts.
  25. Fixed

Sign-in pages are readable in night mode

    • Sign-in and password pages keep their light design whatever your night-mode setting.
  26. Fixed

Profile: blank fields save, and you can rename the workspace

    • Business info saves with blank fields, and a typed timezone is kept when you leave the field.
    • Owners and admins can rename the workspace and set its timezone from the profile page.
  27. Changed

Flaxxa Sign: envelopes on a proper table

    • Envelopes have search, status and date filters, sorting, export and a column picker, with how many signers have signed and who you are waiting on.
    • Rename, remind, void or remove an envelope from the list, and see live counts in the sidebar.
  28. Fixed

Flaxxa Writer: clean Markdown and full-width pages

    • Markdown exports no longer put a stray line between paragraphs.
    • Writer's pages use the full width, like every other app.
  29. Added

Flaxxa Writer: a home page that says what is going on

    • Writer opens on a status page: anything that needs you, the week's numbers against the week before, each studio this month, and the pieces to pick up.
    • Every document names the tool that made it and links back to its studio.
  30. Changed

Flaxxa Social: home and calendar redesigned

    • Home says what is going out and what needs you, such as an account to reconnect.
    • The calendar has richer cards, free queue times on their days, and a panel for the picked day.
    • X charges for every post, so posting to X uses workspace credits. The connect dialog says what connecting X costs before you start.
  31. Added

    Flaxxa Writer: email sequence studio

    • A fourth studio writes launch, welcome and cart recovery sequences, each email with its send time and one job.
    • Review shows each email as a phone inbox would, and Send to Flaxxa CRM creates a paused, timed sequence.
    • The whole sequence is drafted at once, so emails stop repeating each other.
  32. Added

Flaxxa Writer: offers, so a piece sells exactly one

    • A brand's Offers tab holds what it sells and on what terms: price, billing, trial and guarantee.
    • Sales pages and ad copy sell one offer and leave every other price, plan or trial out.
  33. Changed

Flaxxa Writer reads every piece as a whole

    • After the sections are written, an editor pass reads the whole article or sales page and cuts repeats and generic sentences. It never adds a number no fact holds, and Review shows every change.
  34. Added

Flaxxa Writer: the Write flow and a guided first run

    • Write is one guided flow for every studio, from inputs and research to the brief, review and delivery. Every step saves, and the cost is shown before generating.
    • A Get started checklist walks you through your brand, sources, facts, voice and first piece.
  35. Changed

Flaxxa Writer is sold in pieces per studio

    • Plans include a number of articles, sales pages and ad sets each month. A piece counts once; revising it is free.
    • Templates, chat and "Write anything" are retired. Past work is kept in History.
  36. Changed

    Publishing platforms live in Integrations

    • WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Wix and Shopify are in a Publishing category under Integrations. Credentials are checked before a connection is saved, and you can connect several sites per platform.

What changed in Flaxxa in September 2026?

15 releases, newest first.

  1. Fixed

Calendar booking pages show available times again

    • Public booking pages could answer "no times available". Each page now asks for its own times.
  2. Changed

Flaxxa CRM home: the place to start the day

    • CRM opens on Needs attention now: overdue tasks, untouched new leads, stalling qualified leads and open deals with no next step.
    • What happened in the last 7, 30 or 90 days, where every pipeline stands, and the next 7 days of tasks and meetings.
  3. Added

    Edit an API key's scopes

    • Every active API key has Edit scopes, so a key made with the wrong scopes no longer has to be recreated and re-shared.
  4. Added

CRM automations when a lead changes stage

    • Moving a lead between board columns fires its own event, so automations can tag or assign it, create a task, send an email or enrol it in a sequence.
    • Each board column shows how many automations run when a lead lands there.
  5. Added

Sync leads into a chosen CRM pipeline

    • The CRM API syncs leads in bulk into the pipeline and stage you choose, matched by your own ID, so a sync can be re-run safely.
  6. Changed

Flaxxa CRM: source, channel, pipelines and currency

    • A lead's source is where it came from and its channel is how it arrived, and a lead can sit on any pipeline.
    • Deals and leads carry their own currency, and each pipeline shows its leads, open deals, won, lost and open value per currency.
    • Contacts are on the standard data grid, with sorting, filters and CSV export.
  7. Fixed

    CRM deal rotting is detected

    • The check that marks deals as rotting now runs every hour, so the rotting badge on the deal board is accurate.
  8. Added

Hub: For you and Needs you

    • For you shows what is addressed to you by name, such as a Pulse message, an @mention or a ticket assigned to you.
    • Needs you is one list across every app, oldest first, each row with its action.
    • CRM, Tasks and WhatsApp report to the Hub: leads with no owner, overdue tasks and reply windows about to close.
  9. Added

    Apps page: your own layout

    • Drag tiles to arrange the Apps page. Pinned apps sit at the front, and tiles show live numbers such as unassigned tickets.
  10. Added

Real browser-tab titles on every screen

    • Every app screen has its own tab title, such as "Flaxxa Desk - Tickets". Screens your customers see, like support portals and booking pages, are left alone.
  11. Fixed

Desk no longer turns WhatsApp messages into empty tickets

    • Creating tickets from WhatsApp messages is now off by default. Turn it on and each ticket carries what the customer wrote and goes to the department you choose.
  12. Added

Desk dashboard: Yesterday, custom dates and plain labels

    • Yesterday and Custom date ranges, and a plain-language guide to what the numbers mean.
    • Dates follow your workspace's timezone, and 7, 30 and 90-day windows cover exactly that many days.
  13. Fixed

    The timezone picker finds India

    • The timezone picker uses modern names such as Asia/Kolkata, shows each UTC offset, and can be searched by country, city or abbreviation.
  14. Changed

Desk departments as a table you can manage

    • Departments show their manager, agents, and open and total tickets, with archive, restore and bulk actions.
    • A department can't be deleted while mail is still routed to it.
  15. Fixed

    Desk numbers add up

    • Overview cards add up to what was received, and every card opens a list showing the same number.
    • Ticket filters stay applied until you reset them, and Ctrl or Cmd-click opens a ticket in a new tab.
