Is Flaxxa Pulse free?

You can start on Flaxxa's Free plan with no card. Paid plans change Pulse's limits, such as channels, group DM size, file uploads and storage, and workspace-wide search; the pricing page shows the current plans.

Is there a Flaxxa Pulse mobile or desktop app?

Not yet. Pulse runs in your web browser and its layout adapts to a phone screen. Inside the other Flaxxa apps, a floating chat button keeps your conversations one click away.

How private are our messages?

Search is limited in the database query itself to conversations you belong to, so it never returns messages from other channels or workspaces. Message bodies, drafts and canvas content are excluded from every Flaxxa admin screen, so platform operators see metadata, never content.

Does Flaxxa Pulse send notifications?

Yes, in the app and by email: for @mentions, DMs, replies in threads you follow, reminders you set, and a nudge when messages have sat unread for a while. You can mute any channel.
