Can I search the whole workspace at once?

Searching inside one channel or DM works on every plan. Searching every conversation at once depends on your plan.

How does "Start a meeting" work?

It creates a Google Meet link on your own Google account and posts the join link into the conversation. You connect your Google account once; Microsoft Teams and Zoom links aren't created.

How does Pulse know who is online?

Your browser checks in every minute while Pulse is open, and you show as online until the check-ins stop.
