Flaxxa developer API and webhooks
Flaxxa has a REST API for the apps listed below. Create a workspace API key, tick the app scopes it may use, send it as a Bearer token, and get signed webhooks when things happen: sign contracts, sync leads, open tickets, send WhatsApp messages and book meetings from your own software.
How do I connect to the Flaxxa API?

Create an API key
Open API keys in your workspace and create a key. Tick only the scopes the integration needs; a scope is the app permission it unlocks (e.g. sign.envelope.send, crm.lead.create), and you can edit a key's scopes later. The key is shown once and starts with flx_.

Call the app’s API
Most apps live under https://flaxxa.com/api/v1/<app>; Flaxxa WAPI is at https://flaxxa.com/api/wapi/v1. Send Authorization: Bearer flx_… and Accept: application/json. Each key gets 120 requests a minute by default; past that the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header. Add an Idempotency-Key to writes you might retry.

Subscribe to events
POST /api/v1/webhooks with your URL and the event names you want. Every delivery carries X-Flaxxa-Event and X-Flaxxa-Signature (HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with your endpoint secret). A failed delivery is retried up to five times, waiting from 30 seconds up to 2 hours between tries.
