What can I put in a knowledge base?

Text you type or paste, files (PDF, Word, text, Markdown and CSV) and web pages by address. You can retrain it after changing documents and test it with sample questions.

Answers use Flaxxa AI credits. If the workspace runs out of credits, questions go to the inbox for a person instead.
