How do I avoid creating duplicate leads from my platform?

Use PUT /leads/by-external-id/{your_id}: it creates the lead the first time and updates it afterwards. Bulk upsert matches on external_id, email or phone, and POST requests honour an Idempotency-Key header.

Can I get notified when a deal is won?

Yes. Subscribe a URL to CRM events such as deal.won or lead.stage_changed. Each delivery carries X-Flaxxa-Event and an HMAC-SHA256 X-Flaxxa-Signature.

How many requests can I make?
