Evidence matters
A signature on a client agreement is only as good as the record behind it.
Advisers, lenders and accounting firms use Flaxxa Sign to send client agreements, engagement letters and forms for simple e-signature, with each signer's consent and every step recorded, and a signing certificate on every completed envelope. Firms with their own platform send the same documents through the API.

How teams use Sign.
01 / 03
A signature on a client agreement is only as good as the record behind it.
Engagement letters and account forms go out constantly, and each needs the same care.
A separate signing tool is another system, another bill and another integration.
02 / 03
Keep the standard documents as templates with roles and fields.
Send from the app, or POST the document from your own platform.
The client consents and signs; every step is logged with IP and time.
Download the signing certificate for every completed agreement.
03 / 03
Flaxxa Sign doesn't verify identity documents, send one-time passcodes, or provide advanced or qualified electronic signatures or digital signature certificates. If a regulation or a counterparty requires any of these for a document, use a provider that offers them for that document.
What you'll use most
Every Flaxxa Sign envelope logs consent and each step with time and IP address, and gives you a signing certificate with document and signature hashes.
An e-signature REST API: send a document for signature in one call, get signing links, receive HMAC-signed webhooks and fetch the signed PDF.
Save a prepared document with its fields and named roles as an e-signature template, then fill the roles with names and emails and send it again.
Other audiences
E-signatures for real estate: send leases, offers and disclosures for signature, let tenants and buyers sign on their phone, and keep the audit trail.
E-signatures for HR and recruiting: send offer letters, NDAs and onboarding forms for signature, reuse templates, and keep the certificate on file.
E-signatures for agencies: send statements of work and engagement letters, client first then your countersignature, and see who's still to sign.

For many client agreements and forms, yes. Regulated steps such as identity checks, or documents your regulator requires in a particular form, may need more than a simple e-signature; check your obligations first.
