How are API keys limited?

Each key has the scopes you pick when you create it, such as viewing, creating or completing tasks, and it acts as the person who created it, so it sees only the projects they can see.

Is there a published API reference?

Not yet. Contact us for help with the endpoints; the API covers the same actions as the Tasks app.
