Visual builder
Header, body, footer and buttons in one editor, with variable placeholders numbered for you.
WhatsApp template messages are the pre-approved messages businesses send first. In Flaxxa WAPI you build them with headers, variables and buttons, have them checked against Meta's rules, submit them and watch the approval status update.

Templates are how WhatsApp Business API actually works. Outside the 24-hour customer-care window, every outbound message must be a Meta-approved template. Meta categorises them — Marketing, Utility, Authentication — and bills each category at a different rate.
Most BSP tools treat templates as an afterthought. You write them in a textarea, submit them via a separate flow, wait an unknowable amount of time for Meta to approve, and check back manually for the verdict. If Meta rejects, you get a generic reason. If you want the same message in Hindi, you write it again from scratch.
The right design treats templates as first-class: a visual builder, checks against Meta's rules before you submit, approval status that updates on its own, and A/B variants with statistical-significance reporting.

WAPI's template builder is a visual editor — body, header, footer and interactive buttons in one place, with variable placeholders numbered for you. You pick a category (Marketing, Utility or Authentication); putting order and booking updates in Utility keeps them off the higher marketing rate.
Before anything is saved or submitted, the template is checked against Meta's rules: component limits, variables and their examples, and how buttons are set up. Problems that would get it rejected are shown to you first. When you submit, Flaxxa sends it to Meta and picks up the verdict; the status (in review, approved or rejected) updates in the UI, with Meta's reason if it is rejected.
Meta approves templates per language. To send the same message in Hindi or Tamil, add that language version of the template and submit it; each version is approved on its own.
